What We Don’t Have

No pizza, ribs, pasta or breakfast. Here is the honest list, and the closest thing on the menu to each.

Cheesesteaks, wings and sides laid out together
Quick answer

No pizza, barbecue, pasta, breakfast, tacos or soup. The Pizza Steak covers pizza flavours and the Smokehouse covers barbecue flavours; the wraps are the nearest thing to a taco. Nothing covers pasta or soup. Nutrition and allergen information is not published, so please ask.

This menu runs to about a hundred and twenty items and it still does not have everything. If you have arrived wanting pizza, ribs, pasta or breakfast, we do not make any of them.

What we usually do have is something built on the same idea. This is an honest list of the gaps and the closest thing on the menu to each.

Pizza

No pizza. The closest is the Pizza Steak Philly — freshly sliced ribeye with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on an Amoroso roll. It is the same three flavours doing the same job in a different format, and it is the reason the name exists.

The meatball sub is the other route: meatballs in marinara with mozzarella, in a 7-inch or 12-inch. Between them they cover most of what somebody wanting pizza is actually after. Our guide to marinara and mozzarella goes through the pairing.

No pizza. The same three flavours in a different format, twice over.

Barbecue and ribs

No smoker, no ribs, no pulled pork, no brisket. What we have that leans that way is the Smokehouse, which exists in two forms — as a Philly with bacon, green peppers, BBQ sauce and onion rings, and as a burger with honey mustard added, on a potato bun.

It is barbecue flavour rather than barbecue technique: BBQ sauce and bacon on something griddled, not something cooked low and slow for hours. If that distinction matters to you, it is a real one. If what you wanted was the taste, this is it. More in the Smokehouse, two ways.

Pasta

Nothing. There is no pasta on the menu in any form, and no close substitute — the meatball sub is the only item that shares any ingredients with an Italian-American pasta dish.

This is the clearest gap on the list and the one with no honest workaround.

Breakfast

We open at 10:30 in the morning and the menu does not change for the first hour. There are no eggs on the menu except in the seafood combos, no pancakes, no breakfast sandwiches.

The nearest thing to an early order is the lunch menu, which starts at 10:30 on weekdays and runs to 3:30 — six items with a side and a drink. The guide to the three special menus covers what is on it.

A note on the vegan row

Worth being careful rather than optimistic. We have vegetarian options — the Veggie Philly, the Veggie Wrap, both salads — and they are proper builds rather than subtractions.

Vegan is harder, because cheese is in the Veggie Philly and the cucumber sauce on the wraps is dairy-based. The Veggie Wrap without the sauce is the closest thing on the menu, and anyone ordering for genuine dietary reasons should ask at the counter rather than rely on this page. Our guide to what to order when you do not want fried food covers the vegetarian options in full.

Wings, and what we do not do to them

Two absences worth naming because people ask. There are no smoked wings and no grilled wings — every wing here is fried, bone-in or boneless, and then sauced or not.

There is also no dry rub as a separate category. Sauces are chosen at the counter and applied wet, with extra wet as a listed option, which means the crisp-and-dry style some places build a menu around is not what happens here.

What you can control instead is the cut, the sauce, how much of it, and whether it goes on the wings or into a cup — drums or flats covers all of it.

Fried and sauced, not smoked or grilled. That is the whole wing menu.

What we also do not publish

Two things people ask for that are not on this site, and it is worth saying why rather than leaving you looking:

  • Calorie counts and nutritional information — not published, so not on this site either. We would rather say nothing than estimate
  • A full allergen matrix — same. If you have an allergy, ask at the counter or on the phone before ordering rather than relying on any written description
  • Wing flavour names — the sauces are chosen at the counter and the list is not published online

That last one is a genuine oddity of this menu and the reason none of our wing guides name a flavour.

Philly tip

Arriving with someone who wants something we do not make? The wraps and the salads are the widest safety net on the menu — five wraps, two salads and two grilled chicken versions cover most people who did not come here for a cheesesteak.

What we do have a lot of

Worth ending on the other side of the ledger, because the gaps above are the consequence of a menu that goes deep rather than wide:

  • Nine Philly builds, each with chicken or steak, in two sizes
  • Nine po’boys, seven of them dressed as standard
  • Wings from 5 pieces to 200, bone-in or boneless, split across sauces
  • A build-your-own seafood boil by weight, with your own seasoning and heat
  • Ten rolled ice cream flavours made to order on a cold plate

That is a deep menu in five directions rather than a shallow one in fifteen, which is the trade. If you are new to it, what to order on a first visit is the place to start.

The short version

No pizza, ribs, pasta, breakfast, tacos or soup. The Pizza Steak covers pizza flavours, the Smokehouse covers barbecue flavours, the wraps cover most of what a taco order is after, and nothing covers pasta or soup. Nutrition and allergen information is not published, so ask rather than guess. The whole menu is here.

Deep rather than wide

Nine Phillys, nine po’boys, wings to 200 pieces and a build-your-own boil.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have pizza?

No. The Pizza Steak Philly — ribeye with marinara and mozzarella — is the closest thing, and the meatball sub is the other option.

Do you do barbecue or ribs?

No smoker and no ribs. The Smokehouse Philly and Smokehouse Burger carry BBQ sauce and bacon, so it is barbecue flavour rather than technique.

Do you serve breakfast?

No. We open at 10:30 and the lunch menu starts at the same time on weekdays.

Are there vegan options?

Vegetarian yes — the Veggie Philly, the Veggie Wrap and both salads. Vegan is harder, since the cheese and the cucumber sauce are dairy. Ask at the counter.

Where can I find calories or allergen information?

It is not published, so it is not on this site. Please ask at the counter or on the phone rather than relying on written descriptions.
