Ordering Online
Two quirks send people to the phone unnecessarily, and one option almost nobody uses is the most useful on the page.

Lunch items only appear online between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM on weekdays. Pickup can be scheduled rather than ASAP, which is worth doing for anything large. Sizes and options live inside each item. Anything off the options list needs a phone call, because the page cannot price it.
Our ordering page does most of what you would expect and a few things you would not, and two of its quirks send people to the phone unnecessarily. This is a short guide to what the platform shows, what it hides, and when to call instead.
The thing that confuses everyone
The lunch menu is invisible outside lunch hours. Items L1 to L6 only appear on the ordering page between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Outside that window they are not hidden behind a notice — they are simply not on the page.
Nothing has been discontinued. If you are looking for the lunch special at four in the afternoon and cannot find it, that is why. The full breakdown of the three special menus is in our guide to lunch, all day and weekend specials.

ASAP or Later
The second thing worth using deliberately. Pickup can be set to ASAP or scheduled for a later time, and scheduling is under-used.
It matters most for large orders. Everything here is cooked when it is ordered, so a hundred wings is cooked in batches rather than all at once — there is more on why in made to order. Scheduling gives the kitchen the runway rather than starting the clock when you press the button.
- Small order, you are nearby — ASAP is fine
- Large wing counts — schedule it, and give more time than feels needed
- Feeding a group at a fixed time — schedule for slightly before
- Several sandwiches — schedule; each one is built individually
What you can choose on the page
More than most people work through. The options are attached to the items rather than listed anywhere central, so they are easy to click past:
| Item | What you can set |
|---|---|
| Phillys | Chicken or steak, onion on or off, cheese type, size, added peppers, mushrooms, extra cheese or extra meat |
| Wings | Bone-in or boneless, piece count, all drum or all flat, extra wet, extra dressing, split across sauces |
| Po’boys | 7-inch or 12-inch, and cheese on some |
| Burgers | Cheese, peppers, bacon or mushrooms; single, chicken or double on the Smokehouse |
| Seafood combo | The seafood by weight, seasoning, spice level — minimum two items |
| Fish | Catfish or tilapia |
The wing options in particular are worth reading properly, because splitting an order across sauces is the single most useful one and the easiest to miss. Drums or flats covers what each of them does.
What the page cannot do
The honest limitation, and it is on the ordering page itself: requests for additional items or special preparation may incur an extra charge that is not calculated in your online total.
In practice that means anything on the options list is priced and shown, and anything outside it is not. A request typed into a notes field is a request the total has not accounted for — it may well be possible, but the page cannot price it.
- On the options list — order online, the price is right
- Off the list — call, so it can be priced properly
- Very large or unusual orders — call
- A question about how something is made — call

Ordering for a group online? Put the whole thing in one order rather than several. Separate orders are cooked as separate orders, which means they are ready at different times — and the one that finishes first is the one that goes cold waiting.
Where the specials sit on the page
This is the other thing worth knowing before you shop. The special menus are separate sections rather than labels on the main items — so the same 7-inch cheese steak exists both on the Philly menu and, on a weekday, as A8 on the All Day Special with a side and a drink attached.
If you build your order entirely from the main menu you will not see the special version, and nothing on the page will tell you it exists. That is the most common way to pay for a side and a drink you would otherwise have had included.
- Weekday, ordering one main — check the All Day Special first
- Weekend — check the Weekend Special, which is a shorter list
- Weekday before 3:30 and you want a po’boy — check the Lunch Special
- Salads on the specials come with a drink only, not a side

Sizes are options, not separate items
A small thing that trips people up. The 7-inch and the 12-inch are not two entries on the menu; they are one entry with a size choice inside it. The same is true of the wing counts, the half pound and pound weights on seafood, and the Smokehouse burger’s single, chicken and double.
So if a size looks missing, it is inside the item rather than absent. Our guide to 7-inch or 12-inch covers which to pick once you have found it.
Before you press order
- Check the special menus first — several items are cheaper there with a side and a drink included
- Check whether your sandwich should be a 12-inch cut in half instead of two 7-inch
- Add sauce cups; they are cheap, they travel, and running out is annoying
- Set a realistic pickup time rather than ASAP on anything large
One thing the page does well
Worth ending on: the item descriptions are unusually complete. Almost every sandwich lists exactly what it comes dressed with, which is not universal on ordering platforms and is the fastest way to answer most questions about the menu without asking anyone.
The short version
Lunch items only show between 10:30 and 3:30 on weekdays. Schedule large orders rather than sending them ASAP. Sizes and options live inside each item, not as separate entries. And anything the options list does not cover needs a phone call, because the page cannot price it. Start on the menu.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not see the lunch specials online?
They only appear between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Outside that window they are not shown at all.
Can I schedule a pickup time?
Yes — pickup can be set to ASAP or scheduled for later. Scheduling is worth using for anything large.
Where are the sizes?
Inside each item rather than as separate menu entries. The 7-inch and 12-inch, the wing counts and the seafood weights are all options within the item.
Can I ask for something not on the menu?
You can, but the page cannot price it — special preparation may cost more than the online total shows. Call for anything off the options list.
Should I place one order or several for a group?
One. Separate orders are cooked separately and finish at different times.
